Founded by Violette de Ayala, FemCity Girls is powered by FemCity, a women’s business group that hosts local events, online curriculum, mentorship, coaching, and online support for women launching and growing businesses.

Years ago, FemCity Girls launched an online business camp for young girls, and Violette brought it back as a 17 module virtual program to inspire young girls to become future entrepreneurs.

FemCity Girls is free for all young girls and is in the process of filing for its non-profit status.

100% percent of sponsorship dollars goes to support the FemCity Girls Program and the FemCity Foundation. Our goal is to always have free and easily accessible business programs for young girls, so they are ready to pivot into the entrepreneurship world at any time.
